I love bringing you all the latest in hot timepieces, and this week’s feature is no different. 

Italian watchmaker Giovanni Panerai starting making watches in 1860.  148 years later the house that Giovanni built released the special edition Radiomir Titanium in 2 exclusive colors one in black limited to 100 units & the ever so limited brown color which is limited to 50 units.   All I can say that this watch is a must have, no doubt!

Here’s the stats on this new classic timepiece..   

Movement: hand-wound mechanical, exclusive Panerai OP XXVII calibre, 16 ¾ lignes, 18 jewels, monometallic Glucydur® balance, 18,000 alternations/hour, KIF Parechoc® anti-shock device. Power reserve 55 hours.

Functions: hours, minutes, small seconds.

Case: diameter 47 mm, brushed titanium with removable wire loop strap attachments (patented). Winding crown personalized Panerai.

Bezel: polished titanium.

Back: see-through sapphire crystal.

Dial: brown with pink gold ring and luminous Arabic numerals and hour markers. Small seconds at 9 o’clock.

Crystal: sapphire, formed of corundum, 1.9 mm thick. Anti-reflective coating.

Water resistance: 100 metres.

Strap: PANERAI personalised alligator strap and brushed large-size titanium buckle.

Le Projet Triangle by Herzog & de Meuron

Architects Herzog & de Meuron have unveiled their design for a triangular building in the Porte de Versailles area of Paris, France. According to the architects the triangular profile will prevent the structure casting shadows on adjacent buildings, and allow for optimum solar and wind power generation.

Garbege 2008 Presidential Debate Giveaway: Round 1 Questions

Last night certainly was interesting!  The first debate between Obama and McCain was certainly full of highlights, with both candidates having their strong moments.  Hopefully you all were paying close attention because it is time to release the first round of questions in our 2008 Presidential Debate Giveaway!!  Remember, the person to answer the most questions correctly THROUGHOUT THE SPAN OF ALL DEBATES wins the Limited Edition “B.O Knows” T-shirt (above).  Answers to the questions should be left in the comment section of THIS POST.

Any one of my friends will tell that I’ve not only used Wonderwall as my inspiration when I designed my office and showroom in Soho, but that I must have been a Japanese Interior Designer/Architect in a past life.

Luxury lifestyle brand Jhung Yuro has created a new limited edition sneaker for world renowned cognac house Hennessy.  The Hennessy Celebration Hi-Top comes in a matching colorway to the Hennessy bottle and is made from soft full grain leather with a suede tongue and vamp, napa pigskin interior and a croc embossed overlay and strap.  The shoe is limited to only 500 pairs and will be available on Jhung Yuro’s website starting December 1st.
